We value your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth and comfortable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Cosmetics and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once used, unless there is a manufacturing defect.


2. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.


3. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.


4. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please follow the return process above and specify that you prefer an exchange instead of a refund.


6. International Orders

Please note that returns and refunds are not available for international shipments due to customs regulations, shipping restrictions, and hygiene standards.

All international orders are considered final sale, unless the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
